Cancellation/Refund Policy
We understand that circumstances may arise, leading to the need for cancellation. In the event the customer decides not to proceed with the laptop rental subscription after payment, the following policy applies:
Service Termination Fee:
A small service termination fee, equivalent to half of the subscription fee of the booked laptop, will be deducted.Refund Process:
The remaining amount, after the deduction of the service termination fee, will be promptly refunded to the same account used for the original payment.Refund Timeline:
Refunds will be processed within 24 hrs from the date of cancellation request.Cancellation Procedure:
